Group Parent Coaching
Parenting a child with ADHD can feel isolating and you shouldn’t have to do it alone. The usual advice doesn't work, the sticker charts didn't stick, and it's hard to find people who really get what your evenings look like. This is exactly why I’ve developed these small parent coaching groups. They are a place where you will learn to understand what's going on in your child's brain, work through the challenges you’re having right now, and connect with other caregivers who can relate.
How it Works
Each week, we'll divide the session into two areas: One, I’ll speak about a topic related to parenting kids with ADHD from a neurological perspective. This will include discussing strategies that can be implemented almost immediately. Second, we will focus on one or two current struggles: you bring what you're dealing with right now, and I'll provide coaching and support while the group shares what's worked for them too.
For parents and caregivers of kids 7–11
If homework has become a nightly battle, mornings feel like a race you lose every day, and the meltdowns seem to come out of nowhere, you're not alone. The common advice does not work, the sticker charts didn't stick, and it's hard to find people who really get what your evenings look like.
This group is a place to understand what's going on in your child's brain, work through what's happening at home right now, and connect with other parents who are living it too.

For parents and caregivers of kids 12–14
Middle school asks a lot more of kids with ADHD: multiple teachers, long-term assignments, more independence, and a lot less hand-holding. At the same time, your child may be pushing back on your help just when they seem to need it most. This group is a place to understand what's going on in your child's brain, work through what's happening at home right now, and connect with other parents who are living it too.
